❤ When will my order be shipped
- The order will be shipped on every Thursday.
- All orders will be collected at Wednesday night 9 pm eastern time. Any order that is placed after that will be shipped on the next Thursday.
❤ Shipping
- US and Canada
Stickers and prints will be shipped via Canada Post without tracking, while all other items will include a tracking number.
For U.S. customers, please note that your package may be subject to tariffs upon arrival.
- Overseas：
You may be required to pay taxes, VAT, or other additional fees upon delivery. Due to the complexities of EU regulations, I am unable to ship <keychains> or <enamel pins> to the EU at this time. If an order is placed by mistake, it will be refunded. However, stickers and prints can still be shipped via Canada Post without tracking.
❤ Delivery
- Once the item is shipped, I won't be responsible for any shipping delay or lost package. The exact delivery time can not be guaranteed in the current situation. However you can kindly contact me if you have any inquiry or concern. I will try my best work something out.
❤ Cancellation
- I will only offer refund when the cancellation is within 24 hrs. I don't accept returns or exchanges. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
